These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the 'Terms') set forth the conditions applicable to all users (hereinafter referred to as 'Users') of DISCO.FAN (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service'). Please read these Terms carefully and agree to them before using the Service.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms apply to all activities related to the use of the Service.

By using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Content)

The Service provides various features related to cryptocurrency, including token distribution using blockchain technology, lottery events, information services, and wallet connections.

Please note that the Service does not provide financial services such as transfers using legal tender, foreign exchange transactions, or investment advice.

Article 3 (Wallet Connection and Holding Conditions)

To use certain features of the Service, Users must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet.

To be eligible for snapshots or lotteries, Users must hold specified tokens (e.g., DISCO tokens) in their wallet for a certain period. Please refer to in-service guidance for details.

Wallet connections are free, and wallet information is managed appropriately in accordance with our privacy policy.

Article 4 (Lotteries and Rewards)

Lotteries are conducted automatically based on publicly disclosed rules and probabilities, and entry rights are granted according to the user's DISCO token holdings.

Tokens won through the lottery will be sent to the respective user’s wallet. The Service covers the gas fees for such transfers.

If the tokens do not appear in the wallet, users may need to manually import the contract address.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

- Unauthorized access or spamming

- Unauthorized use of others’ wallets or personal information

- Interference with the operation of the Service

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

Due to the nature of blockchain technology, some features may be temporarily unavailable due to technical limitations or network issues.

Users are solely responsible for managing their wallets and private keys. The Service is not responsible for any loss of assets.

The Service assumes no responsibility for token price fluctuations.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

The logos, designs, content, programs, and other intellectual property published in the Service belong to the Service or the rightful owners.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)

The Service may amend these Terms as necessary. In case of significant changes, Users will be notified in advance through the Service.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. In the event of a dispute related to the Service, the Singapore courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
